At Defendry Gear, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects.

  • To process your return, you must record an open-box video clearly showing the unboxing and the defect.

  • Return requests without an open-box video will not be accepted.
